HOW TO ORDER ONLINE & DELIVERY

Step 1 - Inquiry

Please include information such as:
1. Name:
2. Contact Number:
3. Item Code and quantity: (Example: H000 x 1 unit, W000 x 10 units) ~ Please attach photo link if no code~
4. Service Preferred: Delivery (Pls specify area) or Self-collection?
5. Date required (must state if needed urgently, delivery schedule stated below, we are not responsible for late delivery)
(Reservation is not valid without any payment made)


Step 2A - DELIVERY CHARGES & OTHERS
We will quote you the total price including delivery.
Delivery:
From RM8(West M'sia), RM10 (East M'sia) & RM30 (S'pore)
Singapore Bank (POSB) Admin Charge: RM10

Step 3 - PAYMENT
Bank Account: Maybank/ Public Bank/ For S'pore POSB
a. Same Bank (online banking or cash deposit) - INSTANTLY
b. Different Bank - 2 days
c. Cheque - 2 days
Step 4 - DELIVERY SCHEDULE
1. Payment must be received by SS2U before 4pm in order for customer to receive the next day. (Major cities will receive the next the day, others will take 2 or 3 days)
2. No delivery made on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays & Public Holiday.
3. For urgency, please specify customer's required date for SS2U to take note.
4. For any delivery delay and damages due to courier / post service fault, please log an official report to the courier service center/post office. We'll reimburse the damage once the report is accepted.
5. We will strictly make sure that all items are brand new, in good condition and wrapped properly before delivery is made.
5. For favors that required to be folded, we may consider to deliver to your doorstep on hand.

Walk-in customer are welcomed if you are convenient to visit our shop in SS2, PJ.

Special Notes
1. First come, first serve. Reservation is not valid without any payment/deposit is made.
2. If you need urgently but we are not available to to assist you on time, please come to our shop directly.
3. Customers must collect the item within 1 month after reservation is made. We will reserve your item until customer collect them. However, after 1 month, SS2U will not be responsible if the item is lost or misplaced but SS2U will refund the payment done by customer on the unfound item.
